About
Nathan is co-CEO of Wallberg Construction.
His work includes real estate development, estimating, financial management, and strategic business development. Nathan holds a Master of Science degree in Behavioral Science, with Merit from The London School of Economics and graduated from King University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Summa Cum Laude, with Honors in Independent Study.
Nathan has worked in the construction industry for over nineteen years. While still in high school, he and his brother David began remodeling bathrooms and kitchens. Upon graduating from King, Nathan worked for one of the region’s largest commercial general contractors, gaining experience in commercial project management, estimation, and contract management. His extensive hands-on experience combined with research in behavioral science and economics provides key insights into how the built environment affects human behavior and has given him a unique perspective on real estate development, design, and project management.
Nathan currently serves as chair of the Town of Abingdon Board of Building Code Appeals.
